Design: Living Room.
Sundeep and I spent this past Saturday furniture shopping, which was a dream for both of us, as you can imagine!
Macy’s, CB2, CB, West Elm, Pottery Barn, oh my!
Here is our current design wishlist for the living room ..
Sofa .. found at Macy’s, currently 10% off (i.e. tax) and we have a $500+ refund from our registry at Macy’s .. all-in-all, a good find. They have ‘smoke’ in the showroom ready to go, which is a darker grey..we dig, but also liked ‘dove,’ which was more of an oatmeal color — cons: takes 8-10 weeks to make because it’s a ‘custom’ color + additional cost.
Coffe table. More than we would like to spend, but we <3 CB2, and had an amazing amount of gift cards from there — so it essentially feels free, and I love that feeling.
Because the coffee table + sofa are a bit dark, we definitely needed a nice zest of color in the room. Our thoughts:
